Use water that is just below boiling, and use 1 teabag per cup. Brew for about 2-3 minutes, or to desired strength. All Okinawan Tea that we sell have instructions on the pouch.

It is suggested by numerous studies that this tea can be an aid in fat-loss. Wu Long tea contains a substance called "Polyphenol", which is believed to have a role in activating the enzymes in the body that break down body fat.
